Strawberry Glaze Smoothie:
3/4 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla collagen
2 dates
1/4 cup avocado
1 tbsp maple syrup
Coconut milk
Strawberry glaze (microwaved strawberries and honey, mashed it together then pressed it through a metal sieve)

Blend all smoothie ingredients together til smooth. Decorate the glass with coconut milk and strawberry glaze.

Overnight Oats:
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of milk of your choice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 pinch of salt:
Berry jam
Almond or peanut butter

Prepare the overnight oats; In a bowl place the oatmeal, milk, greek yogurt, the
vanilla, salt and maple syrup and mix. Keep it in your fridge until the next day. In the
morning, take out your overnight oats and add your toppings: berry jam, almond
butter, etc, the limit does not exist and enjoy.

Cinnamon Bagel French Toast:
Slice of your favorite bread
Olive oil
1/2 avocado
Feta cheese
Flakey salt
Chilli flakes

Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the piece of toast; cook each side on a pan over
medium heat until each side is golden and crispy.
Then, spread hummus on the toast and thinly slice the avocado and add it on top.
Add some feta cheese, flakey salt, and chili flakes and voilá.

California Veggie Sandwich:
Whole grain seeded bread
Dijon mustard
Mashed avocado
Butter lettuce
Cucumber slices
Alfalfa sprouts
Shredded carrots
Tomato slices
Pickled onions

Toast (or not) the whole grain bread, and on one side: dijon mustard, avocado, lettuce, cucumber, alfalfa, carrots, tomato, and onions. On the other side add your favorite spreadable cheese (we recommend either goat or ricotta).

Cinnamon Bagel French Toast:
1 Egg
Splash of milk
Mashed berries
Peanut or almond butter
Greek yogurt
Maple Syrup

In a bowl place the egg, a splash of milk and cinnamon, stir it. Next, dip the bagel in the mix. In a pan, place a sprinkle of butter so that the bread does not stick, then, cook the bagel until it is done.
Now comes out favorite part, the toppings! Place a spoonful of Greek yogurt, smashed berries, and almond or peanut butter on the bagel. We also recommend adding maple syrup.

Breakfast Wrap:
1 tortilla wrap
1 ‑2 eggs
Feta cheese
2 tbsp hummus
Handful arugula
2‑3 tomatoes
2 slices turkey ham
1/4 red onion
Salt & pepper

Add olive oil to the pan, then incorporate the onion, eggs, tomatoes, turkey ham and feta. Let it cook like an omelet. Then, add the tortilla to the top and turn it over to warm it up. When it's ready, take it out of the pan, place it on a plate, add arugula and that's it.
