Strawberry Glaze Smoothie:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla collagen
2 dates
1/4 cup avocado
1 tbsp maple syrup
Coconut milk
Strawberry glaze (microwaved strawberries and honey, mashed it together then pressed it through a metal sieve)
Directions:
Blend all smoothie ingredients together til smooth. Decorate the glass with coconut milk and strawberry glaze.
Overnight Oats:
Ingredientes
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of milk of your choice
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 pinch of salt:
Berry jam
Almond or peanut butter
Directions:
Prepare the overnight oats; In a bowl place the oatmeal, milk, greek yogurt, the
vanilla, salt and maple syrup and mix. Keep it in your fridge until the next day. In the

Cinnamon Bagel French Toast:
Ingredients:
Slice of your favorite bread
Olive oil
1/2 avocado
hummus
Feta cheese
Flakey salt
Chilli flakes
Directions
Drizzle olive oil over both sides of the piece of toast; cook each side on a pan over
medium heat until each side is golden and crispy.
Then, spread hummus on the toast and thinly slice the avocado and add it on top.
